What an incredible year this has been for Hope For Kasai! In honor of its 90th year anniversary, St. Theresa School hosted "Walk For Water" to raise funds for our water project in Kasai. Our goal was to raise $50,000; yet we managed to raise $58,483! Thanks to your generosity, we raised enough funds to begin work on the first phase of our project, and what was once a dream has become reality: CLEAN, FRESH water will soon be available on-site to the people of Kasai!!!!
The event took place early Saturday morning in mid- April. The event was well attended and a festive mood was in the air.
